The Witness

April 14, 2026, near QSUT, Tirana. Within a few months, and only a few meters away from the fire at the former Dinamo factory, the scene repeats. In these images, a façade engulfed in flames and fire spreading rapidly suggest more than an accident: they point to the pace at which buildings rise, pressed against one another, and the fragility of the standards that hold them together. Smoke, congested roads, and delayed emergency access form a setting where overloaded infrastructure becomes as much a part of the narrative as the fire itself.
